hi! i kind of made it up as i went along but i’ll try and explain it for you:
- cut 2 pieces of A3 paper in half along the longest lengths, folded them concertina-stylee so each strip was four pages. (i’d recommend using very thick paper/thin card if you want it to stand up, because mine doesn’t stand up when unfolded)
- drew the pictures and wrote quotes, then stuck the 4 strips together using small pieces of paper for the hinges.
- made two covers from heavy card (i used mountboard) a few millimetres bigger than the size of the paper, then covered those with fabric.
- stuck each cover to the first and last pages of my long paper concertina (and made a little braid to tie it together!)
